Deep Rest Retreat : A Sanctuary for Your Nervous System
The Deep Rest Retreat at Esther's is designed with a singular focus: to allow your nervous system to reset and your body to achieve deep, restorative rest. This retreat is a focused sanctuary where your nourishment, rest and sleep are our number on priority.

Our program includes two powerful guided practices to aid in your relaxation:

Yoga Nidra: Also known as "yogic sleep," Yoga Nidra is a powerful technique for achieving deep relaxation. This guided practice involves a full-body visual relaxation, allowing you to release physical, mental and emotional tension. It is a meditative process that helps your mind and body achieve a state of profound rest.

Yin Yoga: This gentle, slow-paced style of yoga involves holding poses for an extended period, targeting deep connective tissues and promoting relaxation and flexibility. Yin Yoga helps to calm the mind and soothe the nervous system, making it an ideal complement to Yoga Nidra.

Outside of these guided sessions, the retreat is dedicated entirely to rest and relaxation. Whether you choose to lounge by the pool, enjoy the comfort of your room, or explore the tranquil surroundings, you will have ample time to unwind and let go.

This isn't a retreat with a full itinerary. We have intentionally focused on incorporating sacred pauses, providing you with plenty of time to rest. We are not here to unpack or workshop but rather to focus solely on deep rest.

As a special gift and as tools to assist in deeper sleep, a complimentary rest kit will be included for all participants.

Retreat Itinerary:

Friday: Arrival
Light veggie soup with a slice of homemade bread
Yoga Nidra in the studio at 8PM
Optional dinner or bed time

Breakfast from 8AM to 11AM (full breakfast)
Yoga Nidra 11:30 - 12:00
Rest and retreat at the pool or in your room
Lunch between 1PM and 3PM
Rest and retreat
Yin Yoga at 5PM

Breakfast from 8AM to 11AM (full breakfast)
Close our space at the fire pit with declarations of self-care, listening to your body, mind and spirit. Reminders to use your rest kit at home whenever seeking deep rest, followed by light guided meditation.

*Please note that this is an alcohol and substance-free retreat. Smokers are prohibited to smoking in the rooms but otherwise tobacco isn't prohibited*

With only 8 rooms available, each with a king-sized bed that can be shared (3/4), our retreat provides an intimate and personalised experience. You can choose between single occupancy (8 places) or sharing (16 places). 

Booking: To reserve your spot for the Deep Rest Retreat, please book your dates directly through our website. Select both nights to secure your place, which will serve as the security deposit to confirm your attendance. In the booking notes, kindly specify if you are sharing or coming alone.

Please note that no refunds are available if canceled 7 days prior to the retreat date. Spaces are limited, so we encourage you to secure your spot early to avoid missing this opportunity for deepened rest.
